Our Beds
A sleep study requires one or more consecutive nights of sleeping in the center, and is a continuous overnight recording that is used to identify different stages of sleep; these recordings show measurements that classify various sleep problems.
Our private rooms are designed with your comfort in mind. We have 6 bedrooms with queen size beds and flat screen tvs. The center is monitored by closed-circuit televisions and microphones so that all sleep-related activity is seen and recorded for a complete evaluation. The sleep study is not painful, just a new experience and one that lets us understand your sleep. A sleep technician will apply sensors filled with adhesive gel or paste to the head, face, chest, stomach and legs. State-of-the-art equipment will monitor eye movements, breathing, blood oxygen levels, heart rate and muscle activity during sleep. The referring physician will receive a complete sleep report that defines and diagnoses the problem and includes recommended treatment plan.
